Find the gaps that make your business harder to recommend
Tell the checker what your site has today. It scores nine signals for ChatGPT and Perplexity style retrieval and for Google Search AI features, then names the three fixes worth making first.
What this does. It turns nine facts about your site into a readiness score, a short list of fixes in order of impact and the number of reviews it would take to pass your top competitor.
What it does not do. It is a heuristic readiness checklist, not a measured ranking. It cannot tell you what any assistant will say about your business. For that, order the $450 AI visibility audit.
Your numbers
Answer for your own site. Nothing is stored or sent: the calculation runs in your browser. The fields start with an example so you can see how a result reads.

How the score is built
Each signal is turned into a whole number from 0 to 100, multiplied by its weight and added up. There are two totals because ChatGPT and Perplexity style retrieval and Google Search AI features lean on slightly different things. The overall score is the average of the two. The weights are published here so you can disagree with them.
| Signal | ChatGPT and Perplexity | Google Search AI features |
|---|---|---|
| Search crawlers can read the site | 25 | 25 |
| Verified business profiles | 15 | 20 |
| Independent sites that describe you | 25 | 5 |
| Pages that open with a direct answer | 20 | 15 |
| Service page depth | 5 | 15 |
| Structured data that matches the page | 5 | 10 |
| Reviews compared with your top competitor | 5 | 10 |
- Reviews to pass: competitor count plus 1, minus your count. It is never less than 0.
- Months: reviews to pass divided by your monthly pace, rounded up to a whole month. At a pace of 0 the gap never closes.
- Top fixes: the three signals that cost you the most points, largest first. Ties keep a fixed order so the same answers always give the same list.
Assumptions and limits
- This is a heuristic readiness checklist. It is not a measured ranking, a citation rate or a probability of being recommended, and no score here can promise a place in an answer.
- It trusts what you enter. It does not read your site, so the result is only as accurate as your answers.
- The weights are our judgement, set from what the platforms publish and from our testing protocol. They have not been fitted to measured outcomes.
- Review counts carry a small weight. They are one input among many and not a universal AI ranking signal, and the review arithmetic is planning arithmetic, not a forecast.
- The Google score covers Google Search AI features such as AI Overviews. The Gemini app is a different product, so it is not scored separately.
- Bing Places is one of several places an assistant can check your details, so the profile weight is moderate and no single source is treated as decisive.
- Structured data is weighted as supporting work. Google says no special markup or AI-specific files are required to appear in its AI features.
- If search crawlers are blocked, every score is capped at 25, because nothing else can be read.
